How to submit a Claude KYC Persona verification link

Copy the complete Persona inquiry URL from Claude, then submit it through the web form or API.

Claude may ask you to complete identity verification through Persona. People often call this “Claude KYC” or “Claude Persona verification.” Whatever wording you use, start with the exact link shown in your Claude account. Which link should I submit?

The service accepts a complete Persona inquiry URL, typically containing an inquiry-id parameter. Copy the entire URL. An inquiry ID on its own or a truncated link may not work. Other prompts, such as SMS codes or payment notices, are not Persona inquiry links.

Use the web form

1. Choose a verification pack and receive your key.
2. Open the submission form, enter your key, paste the full link, and select a region.
3. Submit the task and check its status and result on the page.
