Paid but no key received The transaction hash (TxID), the exact amount sent, and the email you gave at checkout. We verify the transfer on-chain and reissue the key.

Problem with a verification task The first 8 characters of your key, the task number (the # shown in the activity log), and the Persona link you submitted. Please don't email your full key.
